This Privacy Policy explains how Korvian Holdings LLC ("Korvian," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information about visitors to the korvian.com website and about business contacts and clients who engage with Korvian in the ordinary course of business (collectively, the "Services").
Korvian Holdings is a business-to-business aviation and UAV services holding company. We do not operate a consumer storefront through this domain and do not sell physical goods directly to the public here.
We collect business contact information including name, business title, company name, business email address, business telephone number, and mailing address. We also collect your contact preferences and any other information you provide in the course of business communications.
We collect email correspondence, calls, and meeting notes relating to prospective or active engagements, along with information provided in response to a request for proposal, quotation, or statement of work.

Korvian Holdings does not use consumer e-commerce analytics on this site. Website analytics are limited to standard business-website measurement.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide requested information, and to negotiate, execute, and perform under client engagement agreements and statements of work.

We share information with service providers that support our business operations, including Google Workspace for email, calendaring, and document storage, Notion or comparable knowledge-management tools, project-management, CRM, and accounting tools, and analytics providers. We share information with Korvian-affiliated entities as needed to deliver a specific engagement.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety. Information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets.

Client Materials received under an engagement are held in confidence in accordance with the applicable client engagement agreement and this Policy. Korvian will not share Client Materials outside of Korvian and its authorized service providers except as directed by the client, required by law, or otherwise permitted under the engagement agreement.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and Client Materials. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or stored by us.
The Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and post the revised Policy on the Services. Material changes may be brought to your attention through the Services or by email.
